Denise and her family are active members of Shady Grove MBC and believes her faith is what gets her through the long hours at work..."I am truly blessed and try to pass those blessings on to everyone I come in contact with" at work.  Kim Welch

I’m Kim Fenton Welch aka “Boss Lady”. I am married to Lyle, the owner of SouthEast Emergency Medical Services, INC. I have lived in Monticello almost all my life. I have been in EMS since 1999. I work part time here as an EMT-basic when someone needs off or when we need to run the 3rd truck. I am a Registered Nurse and work full time for Drew Memorial ER. I love working in the medical field. I dreamed of this since I was a child. I am SO proud of my husband for what he has accomplished. He has worked hard to build this business and has done an outstanding job! I enjoy reading, watching HGTV and then using what I have learned on a new project at home. I’m sure there are many days Lyle is weary of coming home, wondering what adventure I have started next…

Susan Hollinger

I am the secretary, dispatcher, and general gopher for SouthEast EMS. I have been with SEEMS since the very beginning. I admit I get a little nervous when I send a crew out on a call. When I see the ambulance speeding out of the parking lot and hear the sirens, I always say a little prayer that God would provide a hedge of protection for the crew as they answer each call. I know it it's an accident, a life threatening illness, or a transfer to another hospital, I am sending the best possible care in southeast Arkansas to attend the need.

Everyone of us at Southeast EMS hope that for faster and better care, you will depend on us for your ambulance needs.

Paul has worked his entire career in south Arkansas, primarily Warren, Monticello and Pine Bluff.

"My goal in life as a paramedic is to give everything I can to the sick and injured and to see that the patient receives the best possible care that can be provided."
